Tactum is a series of lights developed through hands-on studies of materials, forms, and touchpoints. Each piece emerged from iterative making, inspired by natural textures. The lights require unique physical interactions—there are no visible switches. As smart technology moves toward seamless use, Tactum reintroduces friction, asking what’s lost when function disappears. It invites a return to deliberate, tactile interaction, where meaning is informed by how we engage with everyday objects.
